Shiktehawk – Champs Camp

Camp Shiktehawk is offering two Champs Camp dates this summer; Friday, July 6th and Thursday, August 9th. The capacity for each date is 10 kids.

“All the fun of a week at Camp squeezed into a day for special needs campers. Either bring a buddy along or spend the day with a staff member”. (Age 5-18)

We were able to fundraise enough to send 8 kids with autism this year! Unfortunately we cannot guarantee eligibility. Please register with Shiktehawk.

Preschool age fun!

We had a new family visit the Centre this morning for some preschool fun!

The children played and explored the Centre for the first time and then they all sat down and did a craft with tissue paper pieces and glue, “The Hungry Caterpillar” and “A tiny seed” flower from the Eric Carle books.
